Lakeview Park Kakadu Cancellation Policy

When accepting a reservation Lakeview Park requires the payment of one night’s accommodation as a minimum deposit to guarantee the booking. For individuals the balance will be payable on arrival.

The deposit is refundable, less 10% administration fee, if we receive at least 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to commencement of booked arrival date.  Failure to provide this notice, or failure to arrive, will result in full deposit being retained as cancellation fee.

Should the visit be shortened, we require at least 48 hours notice of change prior to commencement of booked departure date.  Failure to provide this notice will result in tariff for the booked stay being charged in full.

If we have agreed for a company or Govt Dept to charge accommodation, we will accept that company’s/dept’s voucher & invoice the company/dept on completion of guest/s’ stay.
